Gaethje isn't just moving on from the win, he's breaking down exactly why it happened. He told MMA Mania that Topuria's feet never change rhythm, which is why everyone ends up running from his right hand once they clock it. Gaethje was even more pointed about the mental side of it, saying Topuria made emotional mistakes in the twelve weeks of camp because he never expected an opponent to stay with him that long into a fight. In Gaethje's words, that miscalculation in preparation was on Topuria, not bad luck.
