Darren Till is not wasting any time floating his next big fight. Days after his shock release from the UFC, the former title challenger says he is genuinely open to running it back against fellow Brit Michael Venom Page, this time inside a bare-knuckle boxing ring.
According to Bloody Elbow, Till framed the potential matchup as a real possibility for British fight fans rather than just talk, saying he is 'really open' to making it happen. The comments come as Till is already locked in to face Yoel Romero, so any MVP fight would presumably have to wait its turn behind that booking.
Till and Page have long been two of the most talked about names to come out of the UK scene, and a crossover fight between them, especially outside the UFC's rules and structure, would be one of the biggest bare-knuckle attractions the sport could put together. Till's move away from mixed martial arts sanctioning and into a promotion built around slugging it out without gloves changes the calculus on what fights are even possible now. A booking with Page, who has built his own reputation on standup skill and highlight reel finishes, would not have been realistic under the UFC banner given the promotional hurdles, but bare-knuckle boxing operates by different rules entirely.
For now, nothing is official beyond Till's willingness to discuss it. The Romero fight remains the immediate priority, and there is no timeline yet for anything involving Page. Still, the fact that Till is publicly signaling interest so soon after leaving the UFC suggests he sees his new promotional home as a place to chase exactly the kind of domestic superfights that never quite came together during his time in the octagon.
